Review: Game Grip
Made by Marware, the Game Grip is an "extreme gaming controller" for iPhone and iPod touch. It allows the user to hold the device as if they were playing a console game. It's a pretty cool concept if you ask me, but does it work?
In short, yes. It does work as advertised. While the overall build does feel a bit clunky, the Game Grip feels good in the hands. It includes two skins, one for iPhone 3G and 3GS, and one for iPod touch 2G. These skins make up for lost space within the actual device, since the iPhone and iPod touch are different in size.
Upon inserting my iPhone into the Game Grip, I did notice that it's held in there pretty well; maybe a little too well. It was tight to the point where it was difficult removing my iPhone, worrying that I would damage the outside of it. This accessory was obviously designed for this kind of use, so I trust the manufacturers did their research.
Playing games with the Game Grip does feel good. The rubber handles provide a nice feel and overall comfort. You don't have to worry about sound being trapped . There is an open section in the plastic allowing sound to escape, and at a good volume. Overall I say the Game Grip is worth a purchase if you find yourself gaming on a regular basis, even though it is at a hefty price tag of $44.99. Otherwise you're just fine sticking to your fingers. It's one of those products only a certain audience will enjoy. It's a good effort, too.

Well nice to see this new gadget , i heard of the Sony PSP as the portable gaming device but i think this is going to give a tough competition to PSP.The Game grip as the name suggest provides the better grip to hold in comparison to Sony's PSP thats it major usp.
Interesting. However, it looks a bit too bulky and would occupy a lot of real estate in my small pouch.
